Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the NextGen Forensic website and learning platform (the “Platform”). By creating an account or enrolling in a programme you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information, including the name to be printed on your certificate.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately at nextgenforensic@gmail.com if you suspect misuse.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing logins, recordings or course material with people who have not enrolled is not allowed.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Programmes, fees and payment

• Programme fees, duration and format are shown on each programme page at the time you enrol.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change schedules or instructors when necessary and will inform enrolled students in advance.

3. Acceptable use

• Be respectful in live classes and the community. Harassment, spam and hateful content are removed and may lead to suspension.
• Do not share real case documents, evidence, or anyone’s personal data in the community.
• Techniques taught are for learning forensic examination only. They must not be used to create, alter or imitate real documents, signatures, seals, currency or digital evidence, or to access systems without permission.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

4. Content and intellectual property

All course material (videos, recordings, notes, tests and case exhibits) belongs to NextGen Forensic or its instructors and is licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not copy, record, resell or publish it. Posts you make in the community remain yours, but you allow us to display them on the Platform.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued on meeting the completion criteria stated for each programme and can be verified online. Our programmes provide professional skills certification. They build and evidence examination ability and are not, by themselves, a licence, registration, or appointment to serve as a court-recognised expert witness. Certificates obtained through misconduct may be revoked.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Platform available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the programme concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by writing to nextgenforensic@gmail.com.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
