Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when fees can be refunded.

1. Before the batch starts

If you cancel at least [3] days before the batch start date, you receive a full refund. Cancellations after that, but before the first live session, are refunded minus a processing fee of [₹100].

2. After the batch starts

Once the first live session has taken place, fees are [non-refundable / refundable within the first [2] days if you have attended no more than [1] session]. You may instead ask to transfer to a later batch once, subject to availability.

3. If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a batch, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to the next batch, as you prefer.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same programme, or charged but not enrolled, write to us and we will refund the extra amount in full.

5. How to request a refund

Email nextgenforensic@gmail.com from your registered email address with your name, programme and payment ID (shown in your Razorpay receipt). Approved refunds are processed within [5–7] working days to the original payment method.
