Refund & Cancellation Policy
NextGen Forensic Private Limited Website: www.nextgenforensic.com
Effective Date: 14 July 2026
Our Position
Just as a forensic investigation depends on a decision, once made, being carried through — enrollment in a
NextGen Forensic cohort is a firm commitment on both sides. We plan cohort sizes, faculty time, and
live-session schedules around confirmed enrollments, so once a seat is confirmed, it is generally final.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made for enrollment in a NextGen Forensic program are non-refundable, once your enrollment is
confirmed. This applies regardless of attendance, participation, or personal circumstances, unless one of
the exceptions below applies.
2. Exception: Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
If NextGen Forensic cancels a cohort, or is unable to deliver the program you enrolled in, you will be
offered:
- A transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost, or
- A full refund of the amount paid, at your choice.
3. How Refunds Are Processed (Where Applicable)
Where a refund is due under Section 2:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment, via our payment
gateway, Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account/payment method than the one originally used.
4. Questions
If you have questions about a payment or believe you may qualify for the exception above, write to us at:
contact@nextgenforensic.com
We will review your case and respond promptly.
Version 1.0 — Effective 14 July 2026
This policy may be revised in the future — for example, to introduce structured refund windows, free trials,
or cohort-transfer options as our programs grow. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated
effective date.
