Introduction

At NextGen Forensic, we work with detail, discipline, and integrity — the same principles that anchor forensic science itself. We apply that same rigor to how we handle your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit our website or enroll in our programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its associated Rules, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules made thereunder, as they apply to us as a Data Fiduciary based in India.

By using our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

4. Third Parties We Work With

We rely on a small number of service providers strictly to deliver our programs:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy standards. We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.

5. Children's Data and Parental Consent

NextGen Forensic's programs are open to both adults and minors (individuals under 18 years of age).

At the point of enrollment, every registrant is required to confirm one of the following before submitting the enrollment form:

Where the second option is selected, we additionally collect the name and contact details (email or phone number) of the consenting parent/guardian, and this consent is logged with a timestamp against the minor's enrollment record.

We do not knowingly use children's personal data for tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising, and we do not process a child's data beyond what is necessary to deliver the program.

A note on where we are today: We are a young organization, and our current verification is a good-faith declaration model rather than a fully automated identity-verification system. As we scale, we intend to strengthen this process in line with evolving regulatory guidance. If you have concerns about a minor's registration, please contact us at contact@nextgenforensic.com and we will address it directly.

Where real case material is used, we take reasonable steps to anonymize or redact personally identifiable details of third parties wherever possible, and such material is used strictly for educational purposes.
